You need to wash the radioactive probe off your Southern blot. The technician tells you that the first wash is 2X SSC/0.5% SDS, the second wash is 0.5X SSC/0.1% SDS and that you’ll need 500mls of each wash. The stock solutions you find are 20X SSC and 10% SDS. Make both wash solutions.
