A monomer of DNA consists of nucleotide which is made up of deoxyribose sugar, a phosphate group and a nitrogenous base (pyrimidine- thymine, cytosine, purine- adenine, guanine)

A monomer of RNA consists of nucleotide which is made up of deoxyribose sugar, a phosphate group and a nitrogenous base (pyrimidine- uracil, cytosine, purine- adenine, guanine)
