1-Andropause is a condition that is associated with the decrease in male hormone -testosteron. Testosteron stimulate the growth and development of male secondary sex organ like seminal vesicle,prostate and male copulatory organ .It also help to maintain their normal function . Testosterone hormone also stimulate the formation of sperms in the seminiferous tubules of the testes.This hormone promotes the growth of many body tissue like bone and muscles .

Male hypogonadism is due to deficiency of androgen (male sex hormone),deficiency of sperm formation .As a result male secondary sexual character and musculature do not develope.
