What is a cultural practice of todays college students and evaluate its origin and purpose in todays society. Is it good or bad for the survival of mankind?

One of the cultural practices found with the college students today is the use of digital media and various applications for studies which is different from the traditional one. The use of digital media especially the internet, gives access to literature and research findings which can help widen a college student’s intellectual and thought process to an advanced level as compared to one using the traditional method. This method has evolved primarily due to digital revolution era we live today and ease of access of knowledge for students. Yes, it will be of great help to mankind as budding adults gets an opportunity to explore findings and thoughts from many legends around the world making the free thinking ability improve at its best. It also prevents a student from restricting knowledge only to those academics available to them in the form of book or one present in the library.

As far as survival is concerned, it can be said that free thinking ability will give rise to many ideas. This inturn wwill help human overcome any odds in the future and take necessary steps for the survival of mankind if at all situation arises in a manner suitable to perish human population from the face of earth.
