The HIM director participate in improper preparation,alteration or suppression of coded information.He/she acts in an dishonest manner and bring honor to self,peers and profession.

AS an AHIMA member he /she has to uphold the values and code/ethics of AHIMA.Instead of monthly,weekly,annually training program as an AHIMA member he/she has to follow and and agreed to uphold the values and code of ethics prescribed by the AHIMA.

If an AHIMA member violated a code take action through an appropriate formal channels such as accreditation or a regulatory body or by the AHIMA professional ethical committee.

Or the Organization and management has to take decision regarding what action has to take for this type of violation.
