Patient Fall is a major patient safety issue which is preventable most of the time .
The PI team to investigate Fall would include the following members
Floor nursing Incharges
Floor housekeeping supervisor
Nurse Manager for quality and safety
House keeping executive
Nurse Manager staff development
Quality Officer
Nursing head
The team consist of interpersonal personnel's because falls have any aspects the causes of fall cam be varied between a physiological fall to environmental fall so a mix of nursing and housekeeping personnel's are needed to assess the patients risk for fall and to keep a safe environment
