Lulu Group International is a successful business venture in strategic locations worldwide. Mr.Yusuf Ali M.A is the founder of Lulu Group and he is in turn a major contributor towards the economic standards. This group operates in 22 countries across Middle East, Asia,U.S and Europe.

Main International strategies used by the selected company to setup it's operations:-

Promotion Strategy & Pricing Strategy

Promotion Strategy is a primary weapon used by Lulu Group to create awareness among its potential customers - it's done in such a manner that this will create a positive image to the customer - this is circulated thru various advertising, television, Facebook, Twitter and other social medias.

Pricing strategy is made very much effective by the company in it's hypermarkets by announcing various offers and discounts especially during festival days and other special occasions.

Speaking on the role of UAE govt & World Trade Organization (WTO) in supporting this selected company's growth, it's understood that both organizations mutually value it's functions by providing proposal sanction, sponsor proposals & there by helping the selected company to expand their venture world wide. WTO & UAE govt also extend to reach issues related to market structure interms of competition, labor, social standards, services, investments etc.

After all, we are living in a competitive world where we know that inspite of all the available support its the survival of the fittest pattern and in this scenario we have to fight out our own earnings.
