It has basically 5 levels:
1st is initial level : Here you cannot predict the processes
because they aren't organised.
2nd is managed level : basically here processes are defined or you
can say that characterised and these are sometimes reactive
also.
3rd is defined level: basically here organisation standards here
basically are followed for the purpose of characterisation of
processes.
4th is quantitatively managed : basically here processes are
measured by organisation itself and also controlled here.
5th is optimising level: here basically refinement of process is
done by taking feedback.
