An article that focuses on one thing and goes into depth on how is valuable. Second, you will want to fill out and upload the Stress Reduction Plan Worksheet to this discussion. The format is something you can mostly fill out while watching a TV show. You can modify the worksheet to give yourself more space to fill something out. To fill out the worksheet, be sure to look over the PowerPoint files I have made available. Stress is considered one of the most adverse aspect, because of which the performance of an individual may get hampered. Meditation is considered to be one of the best way to handle stress. Various companies are inculcating meditation and deep breathing exercises for 10 minutes every day so as to lower the stress levels of all employees.

3 simple ways to meditate so as to facilitate stress management:

• After working continuously for 2 hours, take a break. Close your eyes, rub your hands and keep them on the eyes and wait for 5 minutes. Then again rub your hands, make them warm and place it on your head for a minute. Immediately all stress levels will deteriorate and you would feel energized
• Practice deep breathing for 10 minutes everyday. Not only will it combat stress, it would increase the alertness of the mind, thereby enhancing performance.
• Close your eyes and think about the entities which bring happiness in your life – it can be your family, car, holidays, clubs, etc. Think about the time you have spend with/in those entities. This will make the mind calm and refresh it for the day’s work.
