1. if a mutation occurs in transcription level or regulates on this level, for example, a mutation in an activator or repressor protein that not a part of the protein-coding sequence can also regulate the expression of a particular gene and also phenotype.

2. Translocation if a small part of chromosome change location then due to position effect it can be highly express or may b not sufficient, so in this gross mutation gene of expression and phenotype can be change.
