1. If ATP depleted from the muscle, the muscle will result in fatigue and will not be able to generate power contractions. Thus to maintain normal contraction, normal ATP must be synthesized.

2. In the absence of calcium, the interaction between actin and myosin will not be made.

3. In general, the use of the cholinergic agonist shows an adverse effect on the body which may include blurred vision, diarrhea, etc. Although their effect is the same as acetylcholine. Normally used agonists are Pilocarpine and cevimeline.  

4. Acetylcholine antagonists show harmful effects to the body which includes a decrease in bladder contraction, lower down the rate of peristalsis, bronchodilation,

5. Acetylcholine inhibitors includes insomnia, headache, nausea, slow heartbeat, and loss in weight.
