The expected changes.
(a) Employees would know more about sexual harassment and importance of diversity at the workplace. This would help them to know their rights and would also work as a warning for the potential perpetrators to refrain from such behaviour.
(b) People would learn to respect the diversity, and be tolerant towards the difference created by race, gender, age and ethnic origin.
(c) There would be decrease in the incidents of violation of sexual harassment policy of the organisation and disrespect towards diversity.
2. Claims of sexual harassment are likely to decrease after the training, as people would become more aware about the laws, and the people who want to take liberty would refrain from doing it, and those who do it ignorantly would also keep their actions and behaviour within limits. Though, the awareness and support would prompt the victims to come out in the open more frequently, these numbers would be lesser than those keeping away from it fter training.
