The bacteria culture grow differently because:

Facultative anerobes are organism that uses oxygen to make ATP but if oxygen is not present, they can switch to the condition where oxygen is absent..Culture A represent , develops turbidity that this group of organism uses oxygen , that give turbidity . On the other hand, the group of anaerobes are not using for  oxygen for cellular respiration or making ATP and formed a sediments.
