LyseBlue is a colour indicator which provides visual identification of optimum buffer mixing. It can be added to the resuspension buffer (P1) bottle before use. Also, very less amount of LyseBlue can be added to Buffer P1, enabling single plasmid preparations having visual lysis control to be performed.The reagent allows the user to monitor potential problems early in the plasmid preparation procedure.
