IT STATES THAT THE USER MUST GET THE OSCILLOSCOPE WITH BANDWIDTH ATLEAST FIVE TIMES THE HIGHEST FREQUENCY COMPONENT OF THE SIGNAL.

THUS, MAXIMUM FREQUENCY COMPONENT OF SIGNAL x 5 = BANDWIDTH OF OSCILLOSCOPE

THEREFORE, the maximum frequency measurement you can make with this oscilloscope= BANDWIDTH/ 5

                                                                     = 100 MHz / 5 = 20 MHz
