If any organization looks to change the strategy as per the changing requirement of the customers or the feedback received to the customer, it is also important for it to have a look at its current positioning in the market

The strategy of any organization must be supported by the positioning statement as it will help to highlight the main feature of the company and how it compares itself with the other competitors.

The changed positioning will also enable the customers to understand how the company changed from its previous standing and in fact, this can also result in attracting more customers.

Positioning plays a significant role in the overall success of the organization. If the firm just changes the strategy and it is not reflected in any of the communication of positioning then the desired output cannot be accomplished. The new positioning will convey the customers that the new strategy and better service and offerings are provided to the customers and this can be a good initiative from the company
