Yes, my organization has often partnered with other companies to gain strategic alliance when certain projects required specific subject expertise which my company didn't possess. Often, the organization was successful in realizing the anticipated gains. The companies we outsourced to were experts in their fields and had huge resources at their disposal which we lacked as are a small company operating on a limited scale right now.

This helped us in getting high-quality services at a reasonable cost which neither impaired the profits earned and in fact, increased the reputation of the company due to the quality of the service performed in the processes.

Therefore, such a strategic alliance helped us a lot in completing our projects successfully and efficiently within the time preset.

I believe when a company doesn't have enough knowledge or experience in a particular process, it is better to outsource and form a strategic alliance with a company that has the given experience and resources. This would help in increasing the productivity and efficiency of the whole project and will also bring down the cost of operations.
