Many apps target health, but what about having your health records, appointments, and history about your health all in one place. So that you wouldn’t have to keep looking at calendars or remembering which doctor has what information about you.

Having an app that will be combine your health inspection and monitoring application. The combination will keep track of your health records, clinic visits, and your illness history. This app will also keep track and alerts you of your annual health checkup appointments and the doctor’s number.

1. There is a patent in the name of "Health Monitoring System" whose current assignee is Koninklijke Philips NV. This patent was opened in 2006-05-12.It was given a Priority to US11/433,900. Currently, the application status is active.

The main objective of this patent was that there will be a monitoring system that includes a processor with one or more wireless nodes, a wearable mobile appliance in communication with the client and one or more wireless nodes. A set of rules which will help to determine health condition to users and a computer implemented agent whose sole purpose is communicate with client or professional. Client which communicate with professional to tell about the health of the person wearing the wearable mobile appliance.

For a more accurate evaluation data will be sent over the internet to a dedicated service which diagnose the individual based upon the characteristics.
