Trimyristin is a fatty acid ester of myristic acid and glycerol. Draw the structure of the products of the base-catalyzed hydrolysis of trimyristin. Using this reaction, calculate a theoretical yield if you started with 1 g of trimyristin. Upload a picture showing all of your calculations.

In our experiment we used 50mL of DCM and then refluxed and preformed a distillation to removed the excess DCM. We then used cool acetone to wash the crystals and then did vacuum filtration.
