Process-
1. Increasing fruit and vegetable consumption- One should start eating lots of fruits and vegetables. Please note eating boiled vegetables or uncooked vegetables is the best way to get perfect amount of nutrition content in each veggies. You should try not to eat cooked vegetables for healthy life. The more uncooked vegetable you eat, the best impact it will make to your health.
2. Improving nutrition knowledge and behaviour- Humans need a wide range of nutrition to lead a healthy and active life. There is always a limited amount of food you can eat in a single day. Some of the items that are nutrient rich are- Salmon, Garlic, Potatoes, Kale, Blueberries, Egg Yolks, Dark Chocolates (cocoa), etc. The best way to stay fit to eat food that carry greatest amount of nutrients that is very very good for a healthy life.

Similarly, cook food that will help to stay fit like - omlete, fruit salad, vegetable salad, boiled vegetables, slightly sorted vegetables, various varieties of dal, etc.
4. Promoting healthy body weight- Obesity is associated with a shorter life span and also with an increase risk of major health diseases. You can keep your weight in balance by eating healthy diet and not loading up with empty calories.

Sustainability Perspective-
Humanity has the ability to make development sustainable - to ensure that it meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Hence, everyone should think that eating healthy by compromising at present will benefit a lot in the near future. This small habits of eating in a daily life will keep on having a greater impact of ones near future. Eat sustainable food products like- buy as many seasonal fruits and vegetable, eat less animal products, eat less processed food, eat egg yolks, yogurt, etc.
b) Data Sources used to evaluate "the program from a process, outcome, and sustainability perspective" are-
Process-
Outcome-
The entire objective of this exercise is to ensure that the workers are living in healthy environment for their long life. It also ensures whether the individuals/ workers are able to implement the process prescribed to them for healthy living. After conducting interviews and observations regarding healthy eating, there might be few individuals or workers who might face problems in implementation of certain habits in their day-to-day life, hence we would help them out further by designing a special program and giving additional assistance and support.
Sustainability-
Whether all the workers are implementing the process prescribed in a right way and that the same process will not affect their future generations in a negative way. We ensure that with an individual or a worker, his family is also trained and even they start living healthy life by eating healthy in a regular manner. This will not only help the worker stay fit and increase his lifespan but also increase his families lifespan and they could enjoy a happy and peaceful life.
c) When reviewing and evaluating a health and well being program, the information that needs to be included in a report are:
1. Number of workers active in the program.
2. Number of days the program was conducted.
3. What were the points discussed in the program to eat healthy
4. Number of workers who implemented the process and procedure described throughout the program.
5. Number of workers whose life changed with such program and how did it change (taking feedback from the worker).
6. Number of workers who were unable to implement certain things discussed, and that we should design a new process to furthermore educate them and help them out in healthy eating.
7. How did healthy eating helped workers reduce health disease problems.
