Pick something in your everyday life that you do not enjoy and find ways to make it enjoyable. Think of ways that you could look at the situation differently and specific things you could do to change the experience.
Ideally, we can decide to consistently do what we love while never expecting to consider the things we don't care for. That, unfortunately , isn't the situation in real world. There are times when we have to accomplish something we don't care for.
From my everyday life , what I least enjoy to do is wake up early in the morning and getting ready for office . I feel like I am bound to do it and if someone feels boundness in something, he or she can never enjoy doing it . Although I like my work , it’s not that I don’t like my office and work . It’s just the waking up and getting ready . To make it enjoyable I never repeat the routine because what I think is , what you do on the daily basis makes you getting bored of that thing . Like I never fix my waking up time . I listen to music while getting ready so that I can enjoy .
We all can do it , we can do what we don’t enjoy because there are certain things which are compulsory and there is no escape . So better be , mix up the least enjoyable with the most enjoyable. Or ofcourse , you can give yourself motivational speech which actually helps when you look at the long-term benefits .
Thanks:)..
