What are the ethical challenges I would have to resolve in the process of bringing my design( face recognition attendance system) to market:

-testing under a variety of operating conditions.

-placement of warning labels.

- providing cautions in user documentation.

-adding safety mechanisms.

-How should i address each of these challenges.

Below are the points that has to be considerred for face recognition attendance syste,

1. Testing under a variety of operation condition : The system has to be tested under differenet scenarios

a. Low Light : The system has to be tested in low light environment.

b. With and without spectacles : The face recognition has to be tested with person wearing spects and without spects.

c. Multiple face angles : The system has to be tested with multiple face angles for accurate results.

2. Warning labels : A warning labels should be available in the system describing proper warning related to the system

3. Consent : Proper consent of users will be required in order to capture the face.

4. Safety : The faces captured should be encrypted to avoid any misuse of data. If the data is transmitted over a network then that network should be a secured one.
