Yes, a commission pay structure is the best process to motivate the performance of a doctor. The doctor profession needs maximum effectiveness in work delivery and without effective outcomes, performances cannot be achieved. It is necessary to provide a commission pay structure to the doctors so that their concentration should remain on the assigned work and fulfill them without any mistakes.
Two justifying reasons are as stated below:
1st reason:
Commission pay structure improves the quality of work delivery of
the doctors. They get motivated as every time they need to focus on
their performances and that results to obtain outstanding work
conduction. The doctors will always keep a keen focus on each
detail like assigning correct treatments, prescribing good
medicines, correct diagnosis, etc, and take full care of patients
as they need to make sure that the high-performance graph will help
to boost the commission. Thus, it motivates them to bring
improvement in work quality and enrich their stability to provide
standardize results.
2nd reason:
Sometimes, it happens that the doctors keep less connection with the patients and the patient’s party. It becomes a gap in between them to convey any important concern related to patients' health and that welcomes many future difficulties. But, on a commission pay structure, any doctor will compete among colleagues to put maximum effectiveness in the work that others and try to put excellent performances. In doing so, the doctor will keep active engagement with the patient and patient party for providing full care. The commission pay structure will keep a doctor actively engaged in the work delivery and they will become workaholic to look at every corner so that patients should not face any difficulties.
