  2. Reduced productivity. This again indicates low performance.
  3. Higher absenteeism this indicates lover organizational effectiveness.
  4. Employees take initiatives.they take initiatives when the overall organization effectiveness is high.
  5. Employee suggestions for improvements. The employees begin to provide suggestions as the organizational effectiveness increases.
