Answer #1

The work related fatalities and non-fatal occupational injuries are always critical to defined the organizational priorities and determine the efficient strategies for prevention. Most of the time occupational and work-related health issues are not visible as compared to occupational accidents. A few real issues come across and reported in any organizations. Diseases are generally found by professional doctors or practitioners, work attribution and diagnosis need to be evaluated to recognize the occupational origin. Thus, in order to diagnose the occupational diseases it needs particular knowledge, skills, expertise and experience (which is generally not observed in developing nations).Sometimes occupational diseases cannot be found and takes long latency period and symptoms appear only after clinical manifestation (for example, Cancer).
