It is very necessary to become more understanding and empathetic with toddler and infant . So they can easily express their emotion , feelings and develop interpersonal relationship. A enviornment should be created where a children can be safe and secured and ofcourse can be herself . Besides when teacher teach the content , it must be age appropriate and make able to understand the concept carefully. The pogramme should be designed in such a way that learner can think critically and enhance their creative idea. Day by day , they should be engaged with various activities and also make them self-independent as well as develop good habits and moral behaviour to lead life in a meaningfull way .

Diversity never be barrier rather it is oppertunity to mingle each other and develop bonding through connect with each other . Every chilldren should give oppertunity to explore their inherent and unique capablities . Every chilldren should learn to respect each other culture , tradition and rich diversity.
