As the world is changing with the technologies, the risks and issues are also getting increased day by day. As we all know that everything has its pros and cons. Similarly, using cellular and mobile phones technologies are also have their benefits and disadvantages. As we know that Mobile and cellular phones use Radio Frequency Electromagnetic Radiation (RF-EMR) in the microwave range for communicating, interacting, and transferring data over the world. So, I am listing out several potential health risks related to cellular phone technology :

(A) These radiations are very harmful to human health. These radiations are playing a vital role in producing Blood-brain barriers and Several types of Brain Cancers.

(B) Electromagnetic Radiations are responsible for the major risks and issues of Brain Glucose metabolism and Electromagnetic hypersensitivity in humans.

(C) Radio Frequency electromagnetic radiation (RF-EMR) are responsible for decreasing the sperm count and motility in the males which is continuously increasing the oxidative stress and male fertility.

Precautions can be taken to minimize the potential dangers involved in cell phone use :

(a) Avoid using more mobile and cellular phones and Keep them away from the body.

(b) Try to use the hands-free mode to decrease the radiation to the head while communicating over the mobile and cellular phones.

(c) Using earphone technologies can also reduce potential health risks.

(d) Avoid using mobile and cellular phones in a car without an external antenna.

Are there any legal issues that businesses need to consider concerning cellular phone use?

Yes, there might be several management, environmental, cosmetic, and liability impact and issues which all businesses must consider while using cellular and mobile phones. Apart from this, there might be a chance of having lawsuits against the personal injuries of their employees while using cellular and mobile phones. There is a chance of breaching of businesses useful data / information while using cellular and mobile phones.

Suggestion : Businesses need to adopt several safety standards applied by the government for using cellular and mobile phones.
