4) these are membrane proteins but integral membrane proteins are those which are embedded in the lipid bilayer whereas peripheral membrane proteins are those which are attached to the inner or outer layer of the membrane.

5) prokaryotic organisms are those which lacks a well-defined nucleus and membrane-bound organelles they just have circular DNA instead of the nucleus, whereas eukaryotic organisms are those having a well-defined nucleus, DNA is enclosed in a nuclear membrane and other membrane-bound organelles like endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus, etc.

6) enzymes are proteins which can catalyse reactions, whereas ribozymes are RNA which can catalyse reactions. Ribozymes are found in the ribosome.

7) active membrane transport is the movement of molecules or ions from its lower concentration to higher concentration across the membrane via pumps ( pumps are proteins) which uses the energy of ATP, whereas passive membrane transport is the movement of molecules or ions from higher concentration to lower concentration across the membrane using proteins that do not use energy.
