to clone would be most useful in designing an oligonucleotide probe to screen a cDNA library?

It is better to use b sequence, Met- Trp- Cys- Trp as an oligonucleotide probe to screen a library.

As we can see in probe A , leucine is code by multiple codon ( 6 codon)

Arg code by 6 codon

So due to these redundancy phenomenon, we have to use mixture if probe first containg all type of genetic code combination for screening point of view.

While in probe B,  met code by 1 codon , Trp by 1 codon , only Cys by 2 codon. So for probe 2 we have to use only 2 forms of probe for screening a library.
