The integrative relationship between a mission statement, scope, WBS, work packages and tasks can be considered on the basis of understanding what allows a business to conduct its processes according to the needs of the company, based on their capacity, as well as their ability to make use of all their resources in the best possible way to make the shortest possible implementation process possible for them.
The scope of the company's implementation can be considered to be the factor which influences the need to be able to create a good statement of work. Without an understanding of the scope, it becomes impossible to recognize the functionality of the company. While the needs are defined in the scope and the statement of work, a WBS allows the company to structure its resources and schedules in a way that best benefits them. On top of that, work packages and tasks based on the company's WBS, schedule and their needs and are all dependent upon the capacity of the company.
