Answer is option D - A water molecule passes through a semi-permeable membrane - which is actually osmosis. Facilitated diffusion requires a transmembrane integral protein for transport of molecule but osmosis only requires a semi-permeable membrane and movement is from region of higher concentration to region of lower concentration.
