Nature of Operations Management - Opeartiona Management is an business administration process to increase high efficiency in a company.

Operations Process of Production system - It is described as managing an entire system i.e., the process which converts raw materials, labour etc in the form of goods or services.

Operations decisions are generally made & focus on daily resources, day-to-day activities, inventory control etc. Generally the decisions can take hourly, daily, weekly also.

2. Soap Manufacturing process - Soap manufacturing was a 1 - step or 2 - step process. In 1 step process triglyceride is treated with strong base which come out as a glycerine and it is a key process in soap industry.

3. If a firm moving their process - first changes Maketing & Information system process as the two system shows what is the company is & what it is delivering in the markets.
