I am trying to figure how to solve:

"What is the total charge of an oligopeptide with the sequence of Phe-Lys-Glu-Asp-Lys-Ala at pH 9.13?"

The right answer appears to be:

"50% with zero charge and 50% with a -1 charge"

Can someone show me how to get to this answer?
