Despite being a low knowledge job which doesn’t require many prerequisites for it to be tackled by the employees, Mr. Kevin, the manager, ensures that all his workers undergo specified training to instil great skills and abilities to perform the job accordingly. The high school's students are also encouraged to participate in their homework’s and socialize in a healthy way which is accepted by the company at large.
The company also requires focused and trained employees who are suited for the job and that are why many courses have to be undertaken to choose on the best and devoted workers for the benefit of the company at large. The teenagers who are hired by the company manager have great experience regarding dry cleaning, laundry, ironing and other delivery services to their customers. Teenagers are also recruited to perform the simple tasks to manage their tender skills and gain more experience regarding laundry and cleaning at large. They are taught different methods of cleaning and performing worthy services to their customers thus making them acquainted with great knowledge regarding their work output.
In a nutshell, the performance of the KS cleaners company is not that bad due to the great investment in prerequisites which enables the workers to be well versed with their job categories thus marketing the company at large and making it grow. The company should also put greater efforts in pre-training courses to their employees for them to aim higher and achieve more.
