I believe that the most effective and impactful strategy that Apple, Inc. possess is the way they focus and prioritize innovation. They believe that in order to be successful they need to be doing something that will be different from what others are doing and that would be the clinching factor. They have a incremental innovation strategy where they keep their base products and develop and enhance them accordingly. Apple believe that their product will create demand in the market and that is their USP.
I believe that they have a sound strategy but in order to be successful and target more, they need to be effective in various other countries and be flexible based on the requirements and price bracket of the product too. The brand image of the product and the organization will be an added advantage and it will help the organization in creating a global presence. In economically weaker countries, the price would be lowered to some extent and this will help the process as it will best the business to a great extent as well.
