there are five elements of culture of a company( heroes, slogans, symbols, traditions, and ceremonies) research the company culture of a company choosing. Summarize what makes their culture unique. what do you like about their culture? what do you not like?

My chosen company is Apple which is very famous electronics company in the world. Its corporate culture is very unique which involves family like culture. The hero of this corporate culture was Steve job who sets the foundation of this great company. Steve job believes in innovation and growth. He made many stories of his own how he with his partner created Apple I personal computer in 1976 which set the base of the company. If we talk about its slogan then its slogan its own is very unique. anyone in the world can identify that symbol is of which company. The half eaten apple is its brand logo which have billion of dollars value.

The Thing is like that Its Apple has ceremonies in terms of programs like Apple created the Apple Fellows program which awards individuals who make extraordinary technical or leadership contributions to personal computing while at the company.

The thing i do not like about this that Apple likes innovation and growth but At Apple, employees are intended to be specialists who are not exposed to functions outside their area of expertise . this shows that employees should do jobs which they are expert but not provide additional jobs so that their skills can be grow in more areas.

Apple is known for strict policies which can be liked by some people but i think is very strict like apple terminate its employees who break business policies even if employee is working for decades in the company. This sounds fair to some but unfair to those who has given huge time of thier life to the company and company fire them for even small mistakes.
