employees and the organization would be:
a) Recognize the ethical issues - We should recognize the ethical
issues and should be sensitive about what is ethical or
non-ethical. Also, the decision maker should be analyzing the
choices.
b) Factors affecting the decision of the ethical situation should
know and each should be given enough weight age. Investigation of
the relevant facts should be done to undertake the decision
better.
c) We should also study the choices and then evaluate what is the
best different approaches to ethical standards and come up to a
choice.
d) This step is about making a decision based on the choice we made
and then testing out decision. If this solves the problem or
not.
e) Once the decision has been made and also tested then only it can
be implemented, making sure that the best method and solution has
been implemented in the current scenario and also we must pay close
