The name of my company is kinder. The product line is online digital books to be read on a customised hardware. The product line features folk tales and adventure stories for the younger age group. The customer service offered will be based on the ease of using the product and offering a range of services and products that are of interest to the consumers. The customer preferences and needs will be considered while preparing the product range and it will be modified as per their interests and feedback. Customer service will be provided in terms of a product which has good functionality, storage, use and support for any issues faced by the customers. The outside source referred from internet is Amazon.com. Customer service is key to customer satisfaction and it helps to improve the customer experience and customer retention.

A company that I think has strong customer retention strategy is Amazon.com. The customers of the company receive high quality of customer experience in terms of prompt response, range of products, good quality and benefits in terms of cashback offers. Customers are communicated constantly about the company policies and new offers launched so that they can avail benefits. They are also offered exclusive membership on annual fee basis so that they can get free delivery and best offers on the products. The company maintains easy to use processes and transparency in its policy for customer satisfaction and loyalty. It provides regular customer support through its trained staff and at any time.
