There are many ways to reduce the side effects of antibiotics. They are

1. They shouldnot be taken along with food as they may increase antibiotic absorption.

2. When a course of antibiotic is given it should not be discontinued and taken upto the prescribed course of time.

3. Alcohol shouldnot be taken along with antibiotics as they may together cause side effects.

4. Taking probiotics before the administration of antibiotics can also results in decreased side effects mainly diarrohea.

5. Antibiotics should be taken on prescribed time for its therapeutic effect and reduction of side effects.

6. Antibiotics should be stored in appropriate indicated conditions to reduce the side effects caused by them.

7. Calcium supplements should be avoided while taking antibiotics as the also add up to occurence of side effects.
