There are changes needed to be made in my diet that could make my eating latter healthier.

  • I was having milk three times a day and I have observed that leads to bloating because there are enzymes that are made after evening that helps to digest milk like tryptophanase. This enzyme is made by body in the evening and leads to proper milk digestion. This is one change that I would like to be made from my end.
  • Second is that I eat neither eggs or non veg food and because of that proteins content from my food is very less and to rectify that I have to add protein supplements that can be taken with other food to compensate my protein intake.
  • Due to my work timing I used to take big meals that can make me feel full for the longer time but now I would change to smaller meals like 5 meals a day that includes proper balance of carbohydrates, protein and fats.
