Time management is a challange that i face to follow healthy food.i do nt get so much time to prepare food as i need to study more and to so many assign ents and duties.previous days i had junk foods but i didnt feel well when i take it xontineosly so i move to do self cooking.as a student it is very difficult for me to time to cook inbetweebn my studies.But,somehow i do it to keep my body health.i make a time table to do things every day.And also i have a time table for cooking menu for a week.so that i feel easyto collect the things previously and arrang it a day before.so that i can cook it easily in the morning .i can manage my time.no need to do in hurry.
1.Eat small quantity of food which is highly nutitious
2.Liquid type of food can have while you are in a hurry.
3.you can pack the food in tiffin so that you can have it on the way or when you get time.
First should understand the importance and advantages of exsrcise.Then attend the physical activities .first should start do it for a little time.so you dont feel tired and get encouraged to do more.choose the exercise which you can do it easily such as jogging,walking,swimming etc.when you do it regularly you dont feel tiredness and will continue for your healthy life.
