In gibberellin (GA) signalling, the DELLA/GRAS repressor is responsible for surpressing the transcription of GA-induced genes. If a mutation is caused in the regulatory region of the GA responsive gene, what effect will this have on its response to GA?

in the absence of GA DELLA/GRAS repressor inhibits expression of GA responsive genes so if mutation happened in the regulatory region of the GA responsive gene DELLA/GRAS cannot regulate the expression of GA responsive genes, GA signalling is important to increase the growth of the plant when the regulatory region is mutated GA response genes are always expressed so Growth even in the absence of GA will be observed, ( GA response genes causes plant growth) so the answer is  Growth even in the absence of GA.
