Answer #1

Ans- Yes, i agree with this statement because no one is born talented. When a child is born we do not know whether that child will be a talented person in the future. We cannot determine these things when that child is small, but as they grow and develop skills, learn new things and have the capability to learn fast and studies well then one says that that he/she is very talented but that talent came because he did hard work and continuously strive to do better and so they are talented. Therefore in the same way a leader is not born by birth, it is their values, their teaching method, their actions that people like to follow them and admire their actions and call them their leaders. Behavioral theories assume that leaders can be made rather than born and that successful leadership comes from one's behavior which they learnt and not by birth and the way person learns that behavior depends on the background of their family because a child will learn only those things which they will see and if the background where they live is not good then they will take up that bad behavior easily and cannot become a person with good values when they are grown up. A person's teachings, the way they treat people and their ability to observe things shows us that whether they can be called as leaders or not.
