Here alpha is given as 0.10, so confidence level is 1-0.10=0.90

So we will use 90% confidence level to find the confidence interval

Here Confidence interval is (19.4,195.8)

Now claim is that mean is greater than 90 sec.

As we see that 90 and above values lies in the range of the CI, we conclude that there is sufficient evidence to support the claim that mean is greater than 90.

Which means for hypothesis vs

We will reject the null hypothesis.
