Effective teams are not identified based on the number of team members and it is totally based on how qualitatively the team is performing. The leaner or flatter organisations identifying right resources and developing the team which can foster the team objectives in a collection was the colloborative support system helps in resolving issues and manage the conflcts in constructive way. Everyone prove themself capable of being the team and there is a positive.competition will exist between members and at the same time they help and contribute each other which reduces interdependency. Sustainability management is another prime focus for successful team and they collectively achieve it. The effective teams use their resources qualitatively and the managers are leaders who can drive from the the front and give motovamoti to everyone to overcome challenges.
