Outline the main points of your speech, covering the role and responsibilities of the global manager, and the competencies required to be an effective global manager.

A global manager is one who is vigilant, team leader and effective communicator. Hoe the manager it is important to be sensitive towards the different environmental factors and look for the different opportunities and threats and always be ready to make changes as they are required for the success of the organization.

There are mainly three main roles of a global manager which are decision-maker, innovator, and negotiator.

Being the decision-maker, the global manager has the responsibility of reviewing the different types of reports, analyze the current market situation, finding out the different courses of action.

As an innovator, the global managers are responsible for making a creative vision for the firm, new idea generation, inducing product improvements, looking for new processes and practices, capitalize on the opportunities to have greater profits.

In the case of being negotiators, the manager is responsible for having better deals, negotiate contracts, conflict management and deal with different issues.

Competencies are stated below which are to be possessed by the global manager=
