Answer #1

False

Use of model students in understanding various mechanism of molecular and cell biology will not help in better education because one cannot really understand the mechanism going on inside the body. The experimental conduct for molecular and cellular biology labs is also unethical when it comes to use of humans or students as model for study. When it comes to study of basic anatomy or morphology, the model students can be used but understanding the cellular level requires three dimensional technological aids. This will not even improve the learning environment because the student model can be easily exploited in the study and experiment. Instead it is better to use high end visualization tools and 3-D technology for the whole process.

Yes its biology related. Its cell/Molecular biology. 8) Based on your knowledge of the De Novo nucleotide metabolism pathway and our discussions of it, define 2 molecular targets that could be used to treat cancer. In your answer, not only define the molecule but give the rational for it being a target. Also, pick one of your targets and completely define the mechanism by which it functions and the effect that a chemotherapy agent would have on them (10)

it is a molecular biology question and requires designing an experiment and it is not missing information. if we want to perform a ChiP-seq experiment in cell typeA to analyze genome-wide binding by favorite transcription activator (YFTA). I need to design an experiment that investigate if binding at one of the sites actually affects transcription. select one site that is located upstream of highly transcribed gene (HTGZ), which is expressed in cell typeA, but not expressed in cell type B....
