1.Monitor:The main functionality of the monitor is to display video & graphical informated data generated by the graphics adapter, which allows the user to interact with PC. It is an output device.

2.A keyboard is an input device which is used to enter the characters & functions into the computer system by using keys.

3.A mouse is pointing device which is used to point a cursor in a computer screen which make the user to select items on a computer and to perform actions with the options.

4.Disk drives are mostly used to store the information into the computer,which acts as a storage devices.

5.CPU:central processing unit is a piece of hardware which carries the instructions of a computer programs.cpu will do the basic arithmetical, logical, and input or output operations on a pc.

6.MOtherBoard:- The motherboard acts as the backbone of the computer which has other parts are installed such as the CPU, RAM and hard disks.

7.Memory is a hardware of integrated circuits used to store information which is collected by computer.

8.A sound card is an expansion card or Integrated circuit for making sound on a pc that can be listened through speakers or headphones. The computer do not need a sounding device to work.Yet they are very much included on each and every machine in one form or in the another.We can have it in expansion slot or built into the PC.

9.Graphic Card is also called GUI card which connects to the motherboard of pc and generates output graphical images to the display.They contains a a cooling mechanism,processing unit, memory and connections to a display device.It is also known as video card.

10.Network Card:The NIC is the abbrivation of the Network Interface Card which is Network card.It contains the electronic circuitry which is needed to make connection by using a wired or wireless connection. A NIC is also known as network adapter,a network interface controller, or Local Area Network adapter.

We can explain the components by using a small data trasfer like sending a mail.

First step for that we need to enter the data using the keys in the keyboard.Then the data is stored in the form of memory into the hard drive or sdd (disk drives).Inorder to do the above process we need to make sure the computer work.Motherboard is the heart of the computer without it we can't make cpu work.The above function is break down into processes by cpu and run them to processer to do the job.CPU will assign what to do next.Then the message or data entered has to be send to another network.So for that we need a network card to make a connection in a network.After send the msg to another computer he views the msg by using monitor which shows the output.If there is any photos in the msg they can be view by installing graphic card.And it there is any audio in the msg it can be heard by installing a Sound card.Done covering the components
