Why do you think companies make alterations to their incentive systems?

The company make several of alteration in the incentive plans to improve the incentive program and provide immediate and continuous feedback and rewards. The company also alter incentive plan when there is an addition in employees or any department in the organisation which benefit from an incentive plan. The company also changes the incentive plan when they want it to be fair, fun and exciting,ing, which motivates employee when they are earning rewards. When the company wants to evaluate and test the control groups of the benchmark with the Peer than the measure the Return of Investment of the incentive programs and make specific changes.
