Respect and Courtesy are two basic pillars of success.In other words,a person can only win other's heart through his/her courteous attitude and by giving respect to others.It is not necessary to show respect only through physical means,but in this context it means you should have respect for others from internally as well.
If a person is humble and polite while dealing with other people who are accusing him/her or they possess conflicting attitude towards the person ,then it act as a strength for the person to come out as a winner .
There may be a lot of controversy in the public for the person but it is not necessary to retaliate every time or to respond to them in aggressive manner ,this would not solve the issue but it would worsen the whole scenario.
I personally believe in KARMA ,i.e whatever we are doing whether good deeds or bad deeds,it will strike back in the future ,some or the other day.Therefore,it is necessary to be concious about what we are delivering /serving others .If we are respecting others and we have courtesy to others,then in the long run ,we would get a fruit for our doings.It would not goes in the vain.
While controversy and conflict are two sides of the same coin ,and the way of dealing with them is also similar .We should not waste our energy in responding to them but rather we should work upon our strength and weaknesses and invest our time in improvising us to prove ourselves in front of the society .
We always heard this that when going gets tough,we should get tougher and this saying has to be applied by us in our real life so that we can come out as a fighter who dosen't retaliate but from his courteous attitude,he/she win other's heart.
